Home sleep study

If a study cannot be completed because of a device or setup fault on our side, we will repeat it at no charge or refund the ₹2,500 fee.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a booking before the technician is dispatched at no charge.

Device rental deposits

The refundable rental deposit of ₹5,000 is returned on return of the machine in working condition, per the rental agreement.
