When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, a booking, a waitlist form or the screening quiz, we collect the details you provide — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, town and the health information you choose to share so we can arrange your test.

The screening quiz on our booking page runs entirely in your browser; its answers are not stored by us and are only shared if you choose to send them in a WhatsApp message.

How we use it

We use your information solely to arrange and deliver your sleep study, send your report, provide device rental if requested, and respond to your enquiries.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share your report and raw data with a doctor only at your request. We may use processors (for example messaging and hosting providers) to operate the service.
