Is a home test as reliable as a hospital sleep lab?
For the snoring-and-daytime-sleepiness pattern most people have, a Level 3 home test is clinically validated and gives your doctor the numbers they need. Complex cases can still be escalated to a lab study — we'll tell you honestly if that's you.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book?
No referral is needed to get tested. If your report shows sleep apnea, we help you connect with a doctor and arrange CPAP therapy — no pressure.
How and when do I get my results?
